Uppababy Travel Bag - Vista/ Vista V2/ Cruz And Cruz V2

First time used it at gate check , the frame broke on the toddler seat.

Great bag protected pram, no tears on bag, no damage

Worked, until it didn’t. We used this travelling internationally for probably about 6 flights, with no issues. A few weeks ago we got to our destination to discover our stroller had been broken (the frame of the seat, near the foot rest snapped on both sides). Disappointed, feels like a total waste of money.

Well made. Held up well and protected our product during travel. Other bags we've tried would rip during the first trip.

Doesn't stop damage from happening, if within 2 years of purchase and within 4 years of stroller they will replace damaged item. The bag doesn't stop damage or scuffs from happening, it just makes the stroller easier for airport handling? We've had 2 bags break and 2 toddler seat frame replacements. It's now out of warranty and it's broken again so we're paying out of pocket for damage, might just get easier bags since damage would be similar but bag would be smaller when traveling

We have the Vista V2 and this bag worked perfectly for our travel days. Multiple flights and transports later, our stroller still looks great. The bag make it easy to carry as well.

Used this for travel and it was pretty great. Docking one star due to difficulty of use when traveling as a solo parent. I had to ask strangers to help me at the gate.

We bought this to fly with and I am so glad we did! On the first flight we took the stroller ended up snapped. We were so frustrated because the airline told us they wouldn't help. We reached out to UppaBaby and they had new parts waiting for us when we returned home. Absolutely worth the money if you need to use it. So glad we had it and will use it again next time we fly!

Traveling was not too bad with this bag.. I do wish I didn't have to take the wheels off.. As a solo flyer with a toddler reskly hard to put the bag away. But I loved that it protected my stroller and has wheels ...

We used this for 2 flights and our Cruz stroller was perfectly safe. The bag seemed to hold up well too. I love the additional warranty perk that comes with it! Only gave 4 stars because I do feel like the wheels could be a little bigger to make taking through the airport easier as we prefer to gate check. Registering was easy!

The travel warranty alone makes it worth it. We have had issues during travel on two separate occasions and the damaged parts, including travel bag, were replaced with no trouble at all.

I know this is supposed to be snug, but it's nearly impossible to get my stroller into this bag. I even have the smaller stroller (Cruz). While flying with it I finally had to remove the rumble seat.

Purchased this bag thinking we'd be able to use it over a few years on multiple flights to keep our pram in good conditon. We took it on a domestic flight within Australia and were disappointed to find that it arrived with two decent sized holes in the fabric, which will tear further with continued use. I contacted Uppababy, seeking replacement under warranty / their TravelSafe program. Uppababy refused the claim, stating only the contents of the bag are covered. I disputed this, arguing the bag was not reasonable quality to not be able to withstand one trip. Uppababy refused to help again.

The wheels don't fit in the little bag provided and the bag is not tall enough to actually fit the stroller.

warranty on this bag is for 2yrs, BUT that is not to exceed 4yrs total from time of stroller purchase (deceiving).The recommended way to store the seat within bag is how our seat snapped on flight.
