    Straw is blocked

    My kid can’t drink from it. The straw is blocked. I had to cut the straw tip for it to be used.

    Blocked valve

    Finally found a sippy cup she couldn't break. But it was blocked somehow. Checked the valve at top of straw and had to manipulate it open to work. Bubby is now happy and so am I.
