Titan commercial swings
Happy the top bar was bent and once confirmed and proven they were efficient and helpful and sent a new improved bar though still waiting for installation to happen?? Bit disappointed about bow in top bar and the wait for reinstalling
Amazing Quality
Love it, the quality is amazing, the swing is so strong, we have 8 grandchildren aging from 2 to 21 & we know that the swing will be strong enough for all of them/
Appears to be very strong well made
I've bought this Titan swing set now but will not be assembling it, with help, until Christmas Eve after dark when my grandchildren are asleep. Rapid set concrete will be used for the corner anchors so no fear it won't be ready on Xmas morn. I've opened the 2 cartons and checked all is there and am impressed. Very strong ..well made..good clear instructions and parts list.

We purchased this swingset for the kids a number of weeks ago now. It arrived within a week of ordering it, and was very straightforward to put together, which we are grateful for, not being particularly handy. It is everything it was promoted to be. Robust, easy to assemble and lots of fun for the kids. A high-quality product that I would not hesitate to recommend to others. The net seat is a favorite with the kids

Our couriers handle with care, and big and bulky items will contain packaging with lots of materials and styrofoam to prevent any handling or transit damage.
If your carton arrives damaged, we highly recommend to accept the delivery, mark on the shipping docket that the carton has been damaged by crossing out “delivered in good condition”, and reach us via Baby Bunting Customer Service of this occurrence.
Damage to the packaging may not necessarily mean your item has been damaged. For big and bulky items, our packaging is designed to withstand damage in order to protect the product. We recommend to accept the delivery, inspect the product and notify us of any damages, with a description of the damage and photos attached so we can organise a repair, parts replacement or complete replacement depending on the issue.
