Queetionably light design and materials.

I assembled a Camora cubby for a primary school. As soon as I opened the oackage i revommended they return the product as it was obviously too flimsy. The school was donated this, so not practical. Timbers are weak. Thats fine for wall/roof panel cladding, but not for the "structural" frame that are supposed to hold this together against the elements (including kids). There was splits where pre assembled screws were too close to cut ends. Roofing screws are too long. They go through creating danger. The front rail/balistrade is flimsy with no chance of survival when kids play. I had to add brackets to make up for significa t obvious weak points. The multi panel flooring design is only suitable to sit on perfectly flat solid surface. I mean "perfectly flat". Not grass, or mulch. Must be assembled in exactly the position it will remain. Multiple screws pulled when sliding it a few inches. The QR code to provide feedback goes to an unrelated government site. Pretty much sums up this product. Fyi...i have done some others of tjis brand. I find them hit n miss. All look good in a photo. Several are simply not up to the job.

Overall Disappointing

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. Although reasonably easy to assemble there were too many downfalls. The floor comes in 6 pieces! Could easily be done in 1 or 2 based on the size of the boxes and other parts of the cubby. Moves around even on a flat surface. Don’t need to worry about creating a window for the mud kitchen side as the roof and walls leak like seives anyway. The rear wall came with a huge split in the bottom as well.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change of mind returns, any expenses relating to the return of your product to ActiveGo will be at your cost. For big and bulky items (over 40kg or marked as Big and Bulky on the product page), please contact us via Baby Bunting Customer Service.

Can I exchange a product?

ActiveGo is unable to offer exchanges on items purchased online. We recommend returning your item for a refund (under Change of Mind policy) and placing a new order.

My order was damaged during transit. What should I do?

Our couriers handle with care, and big and bulky items will contain packaging with lots of materials and styrofoam to prevent any handling or transit damage.

If your carton arrives damaged, we highly recommend to accept the delivery, mark on the shipping docket that the carton has been damaged by crossing out “delivered in good condition”, and reach us via Baby Bunting Customer Service of this occurrence.

Damage to the packaging may not necessarily mean your item has been damaged. For big and bulky items, our packaging is designed to withstand damage in order to protect the product. We recommend to accept the delivery, inspect the product and notify us of any damages, with a description of the damage and photos attached so we can organise a repair, parts replacement or complete replacement depending on the issue.

My product is faulty on arrival. What are the next steps?
