Purchased 5 months ago. Worked ok in the beginning, absolutely terrible now! I do not recommend this product or any other VTECH product. This is our second camera after having to change the first one after it suddenly stopped working. All of a sudden the leapfrog cameras have stopped connecting to the main base, after multiple attempts to reset them the problem persists. The app has also completely stopped working, the main parent monitor is making a weird crackling noise constantly, even if the monitor is off. The price of this product does not reflect the quality. It may be better to buy a normal CCTV camera and use it. These products are cheaply made, they don't work & they cost the consumer ALOT.

Great monitor so far

After 2 faulty VTech RM7766-2’s I decided to give this leapfrog a go (leapfrog is made my vtech so not a super bright idea; but same warranty). So far no issues. Basically spec for spec with the vtech model I had, except the battery seems to last longer. Has a bonus humidity gauge which is fun. The parent unit is smaller though, but it makes the image clearer which is great. No issues so far, the leapfrog app is better than the vtech one which is a nice bonus.
