Reasonable Price & Quality
Fits in beautifully with our nursery room! Follow the steps and you will be able to assemble in no time! It did take 2 nights, roughly 4 hours to get done. Good quality for the price, one of the cheaper items on the market.
Improvement is necessary
The changing table and drawers took us nearly 10 hours to assemble. Had I known the assembly would be this time-consuming and difficult, I wouldn’t have bothered purchasing it. Unfortunately, this seems to be the trade-off for choosing a cheaper product.

We purchased this as a chest / change table for a Nursery in our home for the pending arrival of our first Gramdchild arriving March 2026. We have changed the drawer knobs to a timber Jungle Animal Safari theme to tie in with the overall theme of the Nursery. Also added in some natural timber and will add a Tan Henlee Changing Mat for some contrast to dress it up. It’s definitely worth the money but I felt like we sold our soul putting it together. 5 hours! Flat pack furniture is not for me or our household!

horrible product.
hello not sure if this is a company problem or it’s for the 3rd party but since having the instruction manual for the drawers nothing lines up for the sides all the pieces are the wrong size the wooden chips are 3times too small and isn’t enough you can’t screw nor drill anything into the wood as it just splits. I’ve wasted almost 300 dollars on drawers that are not functional. wanting to know what I can do about this situation as im very disappointed with this product.

I purchased this a few weeks ago for my dil and she loved it. It took my son a few hours to put together but not any problems. It looks fantastic and is exactly what they wanted.

DO NOT BUY! Absolutely horrible to put together. The draws do not slide in correctly, now have to go out and buy more draw sliders because the ball berrings came out. More than HALF of the screw holes do not line up. Complete waste of money! Definitely should have paid extra for a decent known brand.

Brought this a month ago - it was sold by a company called market place through Baby Bunting. After 2 weeks only half of it arrived had to follow up multiple times and when it finally arrived (a further 2 weeks later) was disappointed in the quality of the product. It was a pain to put together and the quality is flimsy. Wouldn’t waste my money shop and in future will shop elseware and look for something better quality and more sturdy.

Great size, had the functionality we wanted. Instructions were ok took a little while to assemble with one person. All pieces were present. No complaints although will note initially drawers are a little stiff. can’t wait for bubs arrival.

Please do not dispose of items before contacting us. We may ask for items back to be inspected. We will not provide credit/refund in cases where goods have been disposed of before our approval.
Faulty or Damaged in Transit Products:
- Send a message including pictures or video of the product received demonstrating the fault (If applicable, also include the manual with the part needed circled and inform the quantity). Also provide a brief explanation of fault and what you would prefer in the way of compensation or replacement parts/product.
- We will assess each situation on a case by case basis. We will advise on whether we will send replacement parts, offer a full or partial refund or replace the product.
- Please do not return the product to us unless instructed to do so. If we need the product returned, we will provide a return label. Any postage cost incurred by you for return postage will not be refunded if a return label has been provided.
Missing or Damaged Parts under 12 month warranty:
- If a single part is missing or damaged, please specify using the instruction manual of what part is missing or is damaged and the quantity needed. Where possible, please mark the part in manual and send us picture of it.
- Once we receive the details of what is needed, we can issue for a part to be sent as soon as possible. We will send a message containing tracking information when it is available.
- Dispatch of spare parts from our warehouse can take up to 2 working days.
- If no spare part is available, we will provide an alternative resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law
Delivery Delays:
For any delivery delays please note that we always need to lodge an enquiry with our courier partner for investigation which can take up to 2 working days. If there is no update in 2 working days we will provide a resolution inform of a replacement or a refund.
Returns and Refund Procedure:
Refunds will be either given in full, partial or replacement, given the resolution scenario. In all cases please contact the Baby Bunting customer service team and we will advise if the product needs to be returned.
Change of Mind:
- We only accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered. You must notify us of the COM within these 14 days, if not COM can be rejected.
- Please send a message including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation on why you would like to return product and if the item is eligible for return.
- For COM product must be in unopened and in its original packaging.
- Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation – refund will not be given in this case.
- We prefer that returns due to change of mind are done so at your arrangement.
- Handling fee of 10% will be charged for all COM returns
- For non bulky orders delivered via Australia post and Fastway – you will need to organize return and provide us with a return tracking number.
- For bulky orders sent via Toll, Hunter Express and Allied Express we can provide a return label to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS return postage and handling fee of 10%
- If return label NOT provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS handling fee of 10%
- If you change your mind before item is received and require action of RTS (Return to Sender), we will refund the total order amount MINUS handling fee of 10% once item is returned to the warehouse.
