I received this bag for Mothers Day 2024. There’s a lot to love about this bag, especially the look and feel. However, the main zipper has been nothing but trouble for me. It will split if I don’t take care when zipping up, and I can only use one of the two zips because the other is guaranteed to split. I contacted the company for support on this issue, and a replacement but have never heard back. When you’re on the go and moving quickly with little ones the last thing you want is a zip that breaks. I would never recommend this bag. And to have spent so much on it is such a shame!

No side pocket to put bottles or some thing for quick grab but quality is nice and enough pockets inside

EXTERIOR CLEANING TIPS Use a clean, soft, non-abrasive cloth dipped in a mild soap and warm water mixture. Wring the cloth out thoroughly and wipe using gentle, repeated circular motions. Follow up by wiping gently with a damp cloth (water only) and dry with a clean, soft cloth. Bags with fixed lining Empty the contents of the bag completely and use a vacuum to remove any debris. Use a soft cloth dipped in a mild soap and warm water mixture and wring the cloth out thoroughly, then carefully wipe the lining using a gentle sponging motion. Fold a towel and place snugly inside the bag for 30 minutes to absorb any excess moisture. Leave your FELIX + STONE bag open and allow to dry completely before storing or using.
