I bought this as a cheaper alternative to another brand I was gifted. I do prefer the other brand slightly but the lower cost still trumps that. Would buy again.

- Massage or bath: Add recommended number of drops to carrier oil before adding to bath or massaging chest, arms or legs.

- For 24 months +: 4 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil
