Dr Browns Options+ Narrow Newborn Feeding Set

I bought these bottles for my expectant baby but also tried them out with my toddler and she accepted them straight away. I’m giving these bottles 2 stars because they leak. When you shake them to mix the formula and hot water, be prepared for milk to squirt everywhere.

I did read reviews myself before purchasing and some said the caps leaked. I can confirm that’s true but it hasn’t been all the time. I purchase the narrow bottles as my baby seemed to be having more air in the belly with the wide neck bottles. Still a great product and my favourite bottle despite leaking sometimes which is worth it to have a baby with a settled belly

I bought these to help make feeds more comfortable for a gassy baby. Unfortunately they didn't provide any miracles and were leaky. Went back to using previous Pigeon bottles

These bottles are great, the only ones our little one likes

I got these when my little man was sucking down a lot of air and struggling to have a good feed. They’re easy to use and have vastly improved his gas. I upgraded him to the size 2 teat at 5 weeks because the size 1 was too slow for him and was causing him to suck too hard — which also causes gas. The narrow neck shape as well is so much better for his latch.

Our baby suffered with reflux and colic, these were a life saver and helped with burping her!

These bottles haves seemed to have made a difference with my son from when was a few weeks old. The only downside is they leak a lot. If they fall over with the lid on, the lid starts to fill up with milk. It just gets messy. Am I missing something? He seems to fuss now with these bottles as he pushes the teat side to side in his mouth and cries. But I’ll keep persevering.

Absolutely love these bottles! I would highly recommend to anyone with babies suffering from colic or gas. Our little one was having issues with gas even while using anti colic bottles of another brand as there was still many air bubbles trapped in the bottle. I have never seen any air bubbles in these bottles and we saw instant improvement The only downside is that the bottles are taller than most bottle brands so take some manoeuvring in our steriliser

Bought one pack, no issues. Even recommended to others. Bought another back one month later so that we weren’t always washing bottles to keep up and the second purchase was the new design so I couldn’t even mix the bottles up as they don’t go together. The new box purchased all leak. Terrible. Waste of money, especially waste of my breast milk wish is already minimal and waste of formula. Terrible mess!!

Overall a great product with minimal leaks and 9 and out 10 times no issues accepting the test. We also use pigeon slim neck so my little one prefers that. The bits and pieces take time and attention to clean but not difficult once you get the habit of it.

I originally stumbled across the 60ml bottles which were very useful to use instead of finger-feeding with a syringe. I then discovered these bottles can be used with my Medela pump. I like the vent system and teat shape as my baby doesn’t have any trouble drinking from these bottles. It is easy to pace feed as the bottle is never full to the top due to the vent system. This kit is great value.

I love the fact of bringing glass bottles back I’m all about eco friendly! Very sturdy bottles my son dropped it numerous times no damage. My sons had terrible reflux since he was born he is now 9 months old and when we started using this bottle I noticed a huge change in his feedings... he threw up less and it has been amazing!

I was given this product to test in exchange for my honest review. In my opinion, this is a high quality baby bottle that would work well for most babies. First, the good: As a parent that is concerned about harmful chemicals leaching from plastic baby bottles, I was happy to see Dr. Brown's offering a glass option. The glass held up well through multiple washings and the bottle did not leak. My baby who had previously been drinking from Dr. Brown’s narrow plastic bottles readily accepted this bottle and its similar design. Now for the bad: Something about the design of this bottle made my baby gassier than usual. I don’t know if it’s the extra air at the top of the bottle since it’s taller or a difference in the venting system. My baby has a sensitive stomach though and I know this will not be everyone’s experience with this bottle. Like other Dr. Brown’s bottles there are a lot of parts. The venting system is necessary for us, but it’s still annoying to wash. The silicone sleeve just seemed like another unnecessary extra part and we discontinued use of it after the first few times. All in all though, I still think this is one of the better glass bottles we have tried and I would recommend it to other parents.

Everything went really well with the glass bottle and we have the pickiest little man. Exactly what you would expect from Dr. Browns. Only took away one star because the silicone sleeve did not work for us. Fantastic overall!
