Postpartum essential, perfect for pre and post feeding and scent is very calming.

These smell soooo nice even after weeks of opening! Loved using these especially in the first week postpartum, really helped with managing engorgement symptoms! Only down side is it's quite hard to fit into the bralette inserts - I just ended up putting them inside with direct skin contact and washing between uses (which works just as well!)

I got these for postpartum, but have found myself reaching for them countless times in pregnancy. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and still breastfeeding my first, and have suffered from vasospasms since she was born. Vasospasms, to summarize, basically feel like your nipples are going to fall off. Being able to use these as a warming therapy has been so, unbelievably helpful. I use them easily 3 or 4 times a day, and am planning to get another set as soon as I can. I'm in the US, so shipping is almost the price of the product itself, but I truly don't mind. Knowing that they are non toxic is a huge relief as well, not to mention the lovely fragrance that adds to the whole experience making vasospasm relief quite relaxing. I can't recommend these enough - I think every pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding mom deserves a set or two.
